What happens when a flight is delayed?
Pickups linked to that flight are re-timed, driver manifests update, and riders receive an SMS with the new pickup time. Dispatch sees the change in Flight Watch.
Can I run fixed schedules, loops, and on-demand pooling together?
Yes. Fixed-schedule routes, continuous hotel loops and zone-based shared-ride pooling run side by side on the same dispatch board with the same driver app.
What if I outgrow the platform?
Published plans cover 1–30 vehicles. For 31+ vehicles, request an Enterprise quote and confirm the scope before buying. Customers, reservations and routes can be exported if you change platforms.
Is the website really included?
Yes. A booking website with local landing pages and structured data is included. Branded passenger apps are included from Growth; check the pricing page for each plan’s full inclusions.
